Hi, I’m Madeline. I have 6 years of experience specializing in helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, major life transitions, and the process of finding themselves again. I’m especially passionate about supporting women, parents, and individuals who appear capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck internally.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and have worked in community mental health, residential treatment, and private practice. Today, I own my private practice and serve as a Clinical Director. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of how our relationships, family dynamics, past experiences, and current circumstances shape the way we see ourselves and move through the world.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. We’ll start exactly where you are and work together to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to the life you want.
My style is warm, direct, empowering, and a little humorous. I’ll meet you with compassion, while also challenging you when needed, because meaningful growth often requires gently stepping outside your comfort zone.
I tailor therapy to the individual rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. Depending on your needs, I incorporate evidence-based techniques from CBT, DBT, ACT, attachment-based, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed therapies. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns, build practical tools, heal deeper wounds, and create meaningful, lasting change - not just temporary relief.
Our first session is about getting to know you, not judging you or expecting you to share everything at once. I’ll learn about your story, current struggles, strengths, relationships, and what you hope will feel different in your life.
We’ll begin identifying the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and discuss a treatment plan that feels realistic and personal to you. There may be laughter, tears, and moments that surprise you. My goal is for you to leave feeling understood, hopeful, and clear about how we can move forward together.
