Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting tech-oriented, creative, and neurodivergent adults who feel like the world wasn't quite built for them. As a neurodivergent clinician myself, I understand the unique challenges of burnout, imposter syndrome, and the pressure to mask. My approach is trauma-informed and oriented, often using your interests, like gaming, theatre, or technology, as tools for healing. Together, we’ll focus on leveling up your life stats to support the aspects of life that are most valuable to you.

My approach to therapy

I operate from the core belief that "people don't fail, plans fail." My style is collaborative and curiosity-driven; I avoid making assumptions and instead ask open-ended questions to truly understand your world. While I am a deep listener, clients often tell me they feel "called out" by my questions because they tend to get straight to the heart of the matter. I enjoy teasing out the complexities of CPTSD, ADHD, and Autism, using a strength-based approach to help you identify your 'hidden' stats and build a life that aligns with your true values.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about viewing or dropping the mask. We’ll spend time getting to know your interests and the unique way your brain works to protect you, rather than just focusing on symptoms. My goal is to create an environment where you don't have to waste energy explaining your internal experience. By the end of our first meeting, we’ll start identifying the strengths you already have and begin drafting a new "plan" that feels genuinely fulfilling for your specific life adventure.
