My counseling is for the Girls, Gays and Theys, with focus on LGBTQIA+, women's issues and ADHD using a holistic approach to wellness. We face enough stigma, and I want my sessions to be an open, safe space to come out with your weird, because we celebrate our weirdness as a strength.

I work with young adults (18-40), who primarily experience anxiety, depression, substance use, ADHD, religious trauma, and PTSD symptoms, working with female bodied people with PCOS, hormonal issues, and the impact on mental health. My treatment approach has its foundation in safety, empowerment, collaboration, trustworthiness and transparency. My approach is casual, excited, I will be a cheerleader, helping you build healthy relationships, heal from trauma, set and reach goals.

My goal for our work is to provide a safe space for you, to heal, to grow, and to learn how to experience emotions boldly and wholeheartedly, without judgment or fear. I am inspired when I see a client open up, be vulnerable, making empowered decisions to change, and living a life that is authentic and genuine.
