Great to meet you!

There are places where the air feels heavy, where silence carries fear, and each step feels like walking on glass. Every word is carefully weighed and measured. You learn to shrink yourself, listening for danger in each moment. Then... there are places where you can finally breathe. The soul finds rest, the body unclenches, and the heart remembers it is safe to open. Rather than merely surviving the day—you are restored by it. At Casa Hogar, Madeline helps you feel the difference between living in your body as a "house"—a place of mere shelter—and living in it as a "home", where self-talk is kind, grounding, and restorative.

My approach to therapy

Madeline will support you in creating this sense of home within yourself—one that stays with you long after the session ends. Her approach is trauma-informed and deeply human. Her insight has helped many overcome societal stigma and reclaim agency despite the harmful, historic narratives that once oppressed them.

What you can expect from me

As a therapist, Madeline is justice-oriented, believing healing happens in safe, dignifying relationships. Kind and candid, she shares uncomfortable truths with tenderness. She is a gentle, empathetic listener, holding space for life’s hardest questions and challenging you to imagine and build a life you cannot wait to wake up to.
