Great to meet you!

You deserve therapy that meets you where you are: navigating the postpartum period, a life transition, relationship challenges, grief, or identity questions. I offer supportive, affirming care that considers the whole picture of what shapes your capacity to change. I have specific experience working with pregnant and postpartum clients and love helping people grow through communication, boundary-setting, and life transitions. I bring humility and cultural sensitivity to every session. Faith is an

important part of my own life, and I welcome weaving spirituality into our work if that matters to you. If any of this resonates, I would love to connect.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to be your ally as we uncover your innate strengths and build your sense of self-affirmation. I draw on CBT, ACT, Attachment-Based approaches, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, tailoring the fit to what works best for you. I bring humility, genuine curiosity, and cultural sensitivity to every session. My active and

empathic listening means you will feel heard and understood.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an opportunity to begin exploring your expectations and goals for therapy. We'll discuss your hopes for making change in your life and gather a history of salient experiences that impact how you come into therapy. It's an opportunity to build comfort and connection in the therapeutic space and create a roadmap for our work together!
