Great to meet you!

As the owner of Reverie Therapy, a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), and Certified Trauma Professional (CTP), I am specialized to guide you through working on substance use addiction and trauma. Additionally, we can work on self esteem, boundaries, self sabotage, advocating for yourself, window of tolerance, finding oneself, and more.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, empowering, and recovery-oriented, integrating evidence-based addiction treatment with relapse prevention strategies, trauma treatment, motivational enhancement, and strengths-based interventions. Additionally, I am passionate about the idea that therapy does not have to be boring!

What you can expect from me

Because therapy at Reverie is both engaging and recovery-oriented, clients should expect sessions to feel interactive, practical, and never boring. They may experience moments of self-discovery and empowerment, learning to advocate for themselves, strengthen their self-esteem, and expand their window of tolerance. Over time, clients can anticipate feeling more grounded, confident, and capable of navigating life’s challenges with resilience. The goal is for each person to leave sessions not just with insight, but with actionable skills to support their recovery and personal growth.
