Great to meet you!

Hi! I believe therapy is a place where you can feel heard, supported, and understood. I earned my Master's degree from Fordham University and work primarily with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, and depression.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines talk therapy with solution-focused techniques to help you better understand yourself, build effective coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we'll work at your pace in a warm, collaborative space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, explore the areas you'd like to work on, and discuss your goals. Together, we'll create a treatment plan that reflects your needs, priorities, and strengths. I believe therapy works best when it's collaborative, so you'll always have a voice in your treatment and the direction we take.
