I work with thoughtful, self-aware adults who are tired of running in circles with the same patterns. I bring a mix of humor, depth, and real talk into the room. I'm a real person and I'll show up that way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, intuitive, and rooted in real connection. I blend EMDR, somatic work, and parts work with a conversational style that’s anything but rigid. I’m not a blank slate—I show up as a human, and I invite you to do the same. Whether we’re untangling trauma or navigating ADHD, I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can actually exhale.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a space where you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out. Over time, clients often feel more connected to themselves, more choiceful in how they respond to life, and less trapped by old patterns. You’ll walk away with tools that actually work for your brain and body—not just surface-level coping skills. And hopefully, a little more self-compassion too.
