Great to meet you!

I am trained in helping you (and the people you care about) to work through challenges in life like sensory issues, anxiety, depression, loss and grief, and trauma. My background includes training in trauma-informed expressive arts therapies and strengths-centered approaches so that we are supporting you living your best life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is focused on supporting you through strengths, creativity, and improving your relationships with others. I am also trained in EMDR therapy to help process when bad things have happened and are impacting your life. I use expressive approaches, especially when working with kids and teens, to help move forward using methods that make sense.

What you can expect from me

In our first session I want to learn more about you and how I can help you, so we will talk about your goals and challenges. Therapy is at your own pace, so we will explore what is important to you. I want to help you feel supported and safe, no matter what.
