Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in both private practice and the public school system. I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients across many backgrounds, and I especially enjoy working with young adults (18-30) who are navigating self-esteem, identity exploration, life transitions, and/or social anxiety.

My approach blends practical coping tools with deeper self-understanding. I often incorporate personality frameworks, attachment styles, and love languages to help clients make sense of their patterns and build more meaningful connections with themselves and others. In my downtime, I’m usually doing a puzzle with a movie or audiobook in the background, spending time with my dog and husband, or planning my next trip.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach incorporates a variety of techniques from evidence-based practices. These mainly include Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I provide structure, coping skills, and guidance when helpful, but I see my clients as the experts of their own experiences. Together, we’ll collaborate to identify what you need, honor your lived experiences, and shape a path toward meaningful and sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to finally exhale and set down some of the weight you’ve been carrying. We’ll talk through your current concerns, explore what feels most important right now, and begin shaping clear goals so you can see your progress over time. My aim is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, understood, and supported with a clearer sense of what our work together will look like. If you’ve been carrying a lot, feeling stuck, or just wanting things to feel a little lighter, you’re in the right place. Let's talk.
