Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe in making mental health a priority and therapy a welcoming place for all. In my 7+ years practicing as a therapist, my focus has been on working with children, teens, young adults, and their families through trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. While beginning your therapy journey may feel difficult, I will be here every step of the way to help you process your emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and build resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is tailored to each individual client that I work with, as every client has their own unique set of needs. I will collaborate with you to develop a shared understanding of your experiences to set realistic goals for treatment. I prioritize connection and respect in the therapeutic relationship, and as we work together, I will listen to you, support you, and at times, challenge you in order to help you meet your goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will spend most of the time talking about you and what you want to get out of treatment. This may look like exploring thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that led you to seek therapy. During our first session, my goal is to build trust and develop a strong connection by getting to know you. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable and understood. Throughout your therapy journey, I will guide you as we work together at your pace to meet your therapy goals.
