Great to meet you!

Seeking support takes courage, especially when you're used to being the one others rely on. I provide a warm, grounded, and nonjudgmental space where your experience is seen and respected. I have experience supporting first responders as they navigate trauma, stress, and moral injury, and I also help clients explore and heal generational patterns—the inherited beliefs, roles, and emotional burdens that often shape how we relate to ourselves and others.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered and deeply rooted in the belief that healing begins within a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other evidence-based practices to help you explore and understand the different parts of yourself—especially those shaped by pain, protection, or survival.

What you can expect from me

At the core of my practice is a commitment to honoring your pace, your voice, and your inner resilience, while holding space for accountability. I believe therapy is not about fixing what's "broken," but about reconnecting with your inner resilience and the parts of you that long to be understood. If you're ready to begin or continue your journey inward, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
