Great to meet you!

I believe in showing up as a real person in the therapy room. Clients often tell me they feel comfortable being fully themselves in our sessions, whether they’re navigating anxiety, faith transitions, self-worth, or the messy in-betweens of being human. My own journey (from growing up in a high-control religious group to finding meaning and freedom in nature and music festivals) has shaped my understanding of how culture and systems impact our stories.

My approach to therapy

I’m passionate about helping people untangle beliefs that no longer serve them, set healthy boundaries, process grief, reduce anxiety, and build more authentic relationships.

I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and families in a variety of settings. My approach draws on trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, family systems, attachment-focused work, play and expressive therapies, and genuine human connection. I believe the therapeutic relationship is what matters most.

Outside the therapy room, you’ll usually find me hiking, skiing, traveling, decorating, going to festivals, or planning my next adventure. If you’re looking for a down-to-earth, direct therapist, I’d love to connect.

What you can expect from me

I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most important part of therapy. Good therapy starts with the basics, trust, rapport, and a solid understanding of your history/goals.
