Great to meet you!

I am flexible with scheduling. If you don't see a time that works for you please reach out! I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults - ages 14 and up - who are managing complex mental health challenges, including borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, anxiety, and depression. My background includes years of intensive in-home work before transitioning to a fully virtual private practice, which strengthened my ability to build real therapeutic connection remotely. I take a psychotherapy-centered approach, combining evidence-based techniques with genuine curiosity about each person's lived experience. My clients often tell me they appreciate having a space where nothing feels too heavy to talk about.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy as a collaborative process: you are the expert on your own life, and I am here to offer tools, perspective, and consistency. Sessions are focused but flexible, with space for both structured skill-building and open exploration. I tailor my methods to each client's goals, whether that means working through a diagnosis, processing daily stressors, or building long-term stability. I work entirely virtually in New Jersey, which means accessible, consistent care no matter where you are in the state.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step toward therapy is often the hardest part. If you are a teenager, young adult, or adult in New Jersey looking for a therapist who takes your challenges seriously and brings warmth and directness to every session, I would love to connect. I look forward to seeing if we are a good fit.
