Great to meet you!

I see children, adolescents, and adults and have been in practice for almost 10 years.

For adults, I offer insight oriented approaches and often work with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. I value authenticity in the therapy room and believe a little humor can go a long way. Sometimes a laugh helps us breathe, gain perspective, and remember that we’re human. My goal is to make therapy feel real, supportive, and—when it fits—light enough to carry you through the hard work of growth. I offer somatic trauma-informed care and EMDR therapy to help people process and heal from distressing experiences so they can feel more grounded, resilient, and at ease in their daily lives.

I have extensive training in child development and adolescent therapy with an emphasis in art and play therapy. I have grown to love supporting parents as I work with their children.

My approach to therapy

Together we will foster self-reflection that enables you to break free from destructive patterns and create real change in your life. I can help you better understand yourself. The constant fear and frustration can become moments of meaningful connection and healing. That stuck feeling can give way to renewed hope and growth. I'm here to stand beside you offering unwavering support, to heal wounds you may not even know are there, and guide you towards the life you deserve.

What you can expect from me

After a session, you will feel lighter and equipped to handle what comes next. Even if you don't yet, you will be able to carry hope with you until we meet again. I offer everyone support, tangible tools, and a perspective that works for them. First you will feel understood, supported. At times you may feel challenged, but also empowered. Eventually you will share the successes you've had outside of sessions and you will leave feeling proud of the work you've done.
