Great to meet you!
I see children, adolescents, and adults and have been in practice for almost 10 years.
For adults, I offer insight oriented approaches and often work with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. I value authenticity in the therapy room and believe a little humor can go a long way. Sometimes a laugh helps us breathe, gain perspective, and remember that we’re human. My goal is to make therapy feel real, supportive, and—when it fits—light enough to carry you through the hard work of growth. I offer somatic trauma-informed care and EMDR therapy to help people process and heal from distressing experiences so they can feel more grounded, resilient, and at ease in their daily lives.
I have extensive training in child development and adolescent therapy with an emphasis in art and play therapy. I have grown to love supporting parents as I work with their children.
