Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with older teens and adults in their 20s and 30s navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, perfectionism, and the general overwhelm that can come with trying to have your life together. I’m trained in EMDR and use evidence-based approaches including ERP, ACT, and CBT. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and direct.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative and pretty conversational. We’ll absolutely talk about what’s going on and why, but we won’t stop at insight. I’ll help you actually do something with it. Expect a mix of validation, honest feedback, practical tools, and the occasional call-out when your anxiety is running the show.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting to know you, not trying to unpack your entire life in 50 minutes. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s been feeling difficult, and what you’d like to change. My goal is for you to leave feeling understood, comfortable, and with a clearer idea of where we’re headed together.
