Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who specializes in working with pre-teens, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. This stage of life can feel overwhelming—full of transitions, pressure to make big decisions, and constant changes in identity, friendships, and expectations. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. My goal is to help you feel more confident in yourself, improve communication in your relationships, and create a stronger sense of direction and self-trust as you move forward.

My approach to therapy

I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a strengths-based approach to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we’ll identify what’s already working—your existing strengths—and build on those while developing practical skills to manage anxiety, regulate emotions, and challenge unhelpful thought patterns.

What you can expect from me

Creating a safe, supportive space is a priority in my work. In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brings you to therapy, and exploring your goals. This initial meeting is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a feel for how I work. My goal is to build a foundation of trust and openness as we begin working together. If you’d like to take the next step, I offer a free 15-minute phone or email consultation so we can determine if we’re a good fit.
