I am a licensed clinical social worker who is passionate about helping children feel safe, understood, and empowered. My goal is to create a playful, nurturing, space where children can learn to manage big feelings, build stronger relationships, and grow in resilience.
My work is grounded in child centered play therapy (CCPT), where play becomes a child’s language for healing and growth. I have completed basic training in EMDR and have attended Theraplay trainings, which allow me to integrate attachment-focused and trauma informed approaches into my work. I am also working towards my certification in Trauma Play.
Clients can expect a safe, supportive space where children are able to express themselves through play and connection. I help children build skills for managing big feelings, improving communication, and increasing their sense of confidence and safety. Parents can expect to see growth in their child's ability to identify emotions, use healthy coping strategies, and strengthen relationships both at home and at school. My goal is to quip children and families with tools that foster long-term resilience and emotional well-being.
