Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I show up with steadiness, curiosity, and genuine care. I understand how early experiences shape how we love and relate, and I’m gentle with that work. Whether we’re exploring your attachment patterns or strengthening your bond with your child through PCIT, you’ll be met with empathy, consistency, and a space where nothing is “too much.”

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, steady, and relational. I help clients understand the patterns shaped by their attachment histories—with compassion, not judgment. Together, we explore how past experiences affect current relationships, build emotional regulation skills, and create healthier ways of connecting. When working with families, I use PCIT to strengthen parent-child bonds through real-time coaching and connection.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where you don’t have to perform or hold anything together. I’ll ask about what’s been weighing on you, what you hope will feel different, and what support has looked like in the past. We’ll move at your pace, and there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. If you’re seeking PCIT, I’ll also walk you through how the process works, what sessions look like, and how we’ll strengthen the parent-child relationship together.
