Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 6 years of experience, dedicated to helping people feel understood, supported, and empowered. I graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers with a Master’s in Rehabilitation and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I primarily use CBT, but always tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs. I truly believe that with the right support, everyone has the capacity for growth and change. If you're ready to begin your journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, grief and trauma and strive to create a warm, calm, and safe space for healing

What you can expect from me

In our work together, clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they feel safe to explore, heal, and grow. My goal is to help you build insight, develop practical coping skills, and feel more in control of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. No matter what we are working on in session, I aim to help you feel more empowered, balanced, and connected to yourself. Sessions are collaborative, compassionate, and always tailored to your unique needs and pace.
