As a licensed mental health counselor, my specialties are anxiety, depression, major life transitions, and life stressors. I also work with teens navigating adolescence and the stressors that come with this transitional phase. I received my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University and have been in practice since 2023.

Our first session will be goal oriented and comforting. I want you to feel at ease and that your concerns are being validated and heard, while also coming up with a plan of action to address your concerns and challenges.
