Great to meet you!

Do you feel like you’re on the edge of a breakdown? Trying to keep it all together is draining, and you're worried that you're about to lose it. You're stuck in your own head and trying your best to take care of yourself, but the anxiety and dread won’t go away. Despite your best efforts to change things, you're stuck in patterns or relationships that leave you questioning your worth and sanity. You want to feel better: less overwhelmed and more present. You're in the right place - therapy can help.

My approach to therapy

At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that we all have an innate drive towards healing & growth. It’s my goal to help you access that power within you. It’s always been there and will always be there, but sometimes we lose touch with it. Life happens, oppressive systems are real, and we can internalize a lot of other peoples’ expectations that make us lose touch with our own power and belief in our own goodness. I utilize fundamentals of AEDP, ACT, Relational-Cultural therapy, and strengths-based therapy to help you reconnect with your power and agency for change.

What you can expect from me

Clients come to me looking for a therapist to help them make sense of their experiences and to find relief. I collaborate with clients to explore their past and their patterns that lead to messy & one-sided relationships, anxious spirals, low self-esteem, and burnout, so they can reconnect with their power and purpose.
