Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Madison, a licensed therapist who is passionate about creating a supportive, authentic, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe being themselves. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, addiction, recovery, PTSD, life transitions, stress, self-esteem concerns, and emotional difficulties. I am EMDR-trained and enjoy helping clients process difficult experiences while building practical tools for healing and growth. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and my goal is to help clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach, so I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic techniques, and EMDR therapy to help clients process past experiences, better understand patterns, and develop healthy coping skills. I take a trauma-informed approach and strive to create a space where clients feel supported while also helping them make meaningful changes and move toward healing.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation for our work together. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, important background information, and your goals for treatment. My goal is to create a comfortable and supportive environment where you feel safe sharing at your own pace without pressure or judgment. Together, we’ll begin identifying priorities and creating a plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you.
