Great to meet you!

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted by patterns they can’t seem to break, even though they’ve tried so hard to understand them. I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use concerns, and relationship wounds. I specialize in EMDR therapy and integrate somatic work, CBT, and attachment-focused approaches to help clients process painful experiences, regulate the nervous system, and shift long-standing patterns. I believe trauma affects not just thoughts, but also relationships, sense of self, and how we move through the world.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating emotional safety while helping clients better understand themselves and their experiences. I’m direct when needed, but always with care, and I believe humor can be an important part of healing too.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation for our work together. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, important background information, and your goals for treatment. My goal is to create a comfortable and supportive environment where you feel safe sharing at your own pace without pressure or judgment. Together, we’ll begin identifying priorities and creating a plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you.
