Great to meet you!

I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a background rooted in psychiatry. I spent nearly five years working with adults and adolescents across inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings. That frontline experience shaped how I practice today. I've seen how mental health challenges affect real lives, and I bring both clinical knowledge and genuine compassion to every visit. Starting care takes courage. Whether it's your first time or you're seeking a provider who truly listens, I'm here to help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

I know reaching out for psychiatric care isn't easy, especially if you've felt rushed or unheard before. I try to make our visits feel different: calm, unhurried, and like you're talking to someone who's genuinely on your side. We'll figure out the right medication together, and I'll always explain the 'why' behind it. My hope is you leave each visit feeling a little lighter and more understood. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and like an active partner in your treatment.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for me to get to know you and understand what brings you in. There's no pressure; it's a conversation, and my aim is for you to leave feeling heard and with a clear sense of the next steps. If medication is part of the plan, I'll explain the options, what to expect, and any side effects to watch for, so you can make informed decisions alongside me.
