I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a background rooted in psychiatry. I spent nearly five years working with adults and adolescents across inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings. That frontline experience shaped how I practice today. I've seen how mental health challenges affect real lives, and I bring both clinical knowledge and genuine compassion to every visit. Starting care takes courage. I know reaching out for psychiatric care isn't easy, especially if you've felt rushed or unheard before. I try to make our visits feel different: calm, unhurried, and like you're talking to someone who's genuinely on your side.
