Great to meet you!

I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, faith transitions, and the impacts of domestic violence. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen and heard, explore your experiences, and develop practical strategies to cope, heal, and grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach is flexible and centered on you. I draw from ACT, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and narrative therapy to help you explore your story, notice patterns, and try out new ways of coping. I bring a trauma-informed lens to every client and aim to create a supportive space where you feel heard.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about getting to know each other and familiarizing you with the therapy process. We'll take time to gather information, explore what brought you to therapy, and begin to understand your goals and needs. My goal is to create the experience you're looking for while we start building a strong foundation.
