A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a psychodynamic therapist. This means I believe that our past is often getting in the way of our happiness in the present or future. I am warm, yet direct- this is a journey we are on together

What you can expect from our first session

I hope clients take away that I am genuine and supportive - but also willing to ask the tough questions. We often have negative beliefs about ourselves that get in the way of our present lives. Those beliefs can be hard to verbalize, but it is my job to help you see and hear them. The ability to recognize the beliefs getting in your way is the vital step to changing them and feeling happier in general.
