Great to meet you!

I believe every person has their own unique path to health and well-being. Throughout my career, I have spent decades helping people navigate both physical and emotional challenges, including more than 10 years as a registered nurse in women’s health, neurosurgery, and bariatric surgery, along with over 20 years teaching yoga and supporting people in their wellness journeys. These experiences have shown me that healing is never one-size-fits-all, and that each person’s story, strengths, and goals deserve thoughtful, individualized care.

My approach to therapy

I take a whole-person approach to care because I believe mental health, physical health, and overall well-being are deeply connected. My holistic approach combines medication management, supportive therapy, and education. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, women’s health concerns, or questions around bariatric surgery or weight loss medication, I want you to feel heard, respected, and understood. My goal is to meet you where you are and work alongside you to find a balanced path forward that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

I know reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, especially if you have been carrying things on your own for a long time. In our first sessions, we will take time to explore what is bringing you in, talk through your health history, and begin building a care plan centered on your goals and needs. My hope is that you leave feeling supported, understood, and more confident about the path ahead.
