Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with a PhD in Integral and Transpersonal Psychology who works with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, identity concerns, relationship patterns, burnout, and major life transitions. I’m especially drawn to work with people who are thoughtful, self-aware, and ready to understand themselves at a deeper level. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I help clients look beneath the surface of symptoms to understand the patterns and experiences shaping their lives, while also building practical tools for communication, boundaries, emotional regulation, and personal change.

My approach to therapy

I’m interested in more than symptom relief. I work with clients to understand the deeper patterns, beliefs, relationship dynamics, and parts of self that shape how they move through the world. My approach is depth-oriented, trauma-informed, and collaborative, with space for both insight and practical change. We may explore recurring patterns, attachment wounds, inner conflict, identity, boundaries, and the ways past experiences continue to influence the present. I integrate psychodynamic, attachment-based, parts-informed, ACT, and trauma-focused approaches based on each client’s needs.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about beginning to understand the larger picture. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what feels stuck or repetitive, and what you want to be different. I’ll ask questions about your history, relationships, current patterns, and strengths, and we’ll begin identifying the deeper themes that may be shaping your experience. You’ll also have space to ask questions and get a feel for whether my style and approach are a good fit.
