Great to meet you!

I believe the help you receive is most effective when you have a strong therapeutic relationship with your therapist. I am a versatile and compassionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with 10 years of experience in mental health counseling, specializing in trauma-informed care, hypnosis and cognitive behavioral therapy. I provide unconditional positive regard so that my clients feel validated and heard while also challenging them to dig deeper into their emotions and understanding what causes people to feel the way they feel. Perhaps you've had a less than positive experience with therapy before, let me change your mind!

My approach to therapy

I work with diverse populations such as the LGBTQ+ community, neurodivergent individuals, polyamorous couples, alternative lifestyles, ADHD adults, chronic health conditions including chronic pain, and people with PTSD. I am skilled in crisis management and community outreach, with a goal of fostering emotional well-being and resilience in clients.

What you can expect from me

Clients often come to me when they feel stuck or disconnected from their inner voice. I help people move from emotional pain to self-empowerment, working through difficult feelings that once seemed overwhelming. It’s an honor to watch clients reconnect with their core selves, build meaningful relationships, and develop greater emotional resilience.
