Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing care in English and Spanish. I support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, ADHD, mood concerns, sleep difficulties, psychotic symptoms, and other mental health concerns that affect daily functioning.

My approach is warm, respectful, and collaborative. I take time to understand your story, symptoms, goals, and what has or has not helped in the past. Care may include medication management, supportive psychotherapy, and lifestyle guidance focused on sleep, nutrition, movement, healthy routines, and meaningful activities that support mental wellness.

My goal is to help you feel heard, comfortable, and supported while we create a treatment plan that fits your needs and helps you move toward clarity, stability, and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, respectful, and centered on your individual needs, culture, and goals. I prioritize safety, comfort, and shared decision-making while using evidence-based care.

I provide medication management and supportive therapy, along with practical tools to help manage stress, anxiety, mood symptoms, sleep concerns, and daily life challenges. When helpful, I also include guidance around sleep, nutrition, movement, healthy routines, and meaningful activities to support overall mental wellness.

My goal is to help you reduce symptoms, improve daily functioning, and feel supported throughout your treatment.

What you can expect from me

  • In your first session, you’ll have a structured, supportive space to talk openly about your concerns, symptoms, history, and treatment goals. We’ll review what you’re experiencing, what has helped or been less helpful in the past, and your priorities for care.
  • Se ofrecen servicios en español.
  • I provide medication management and supportive therapy. Medications, including controlled medications, are determined after a full assessment and consideration of safer treatment options, so your treatment follows a safe and thoughtful approach.
  • For crisis or safety concerns, clients should contact crisis support, go to the nearest emergency room, or seek in-person treatment.
  • Requests for work/school documentation are reviewed case by case and may require ongoing assessment.
  • This practice does not assist with EDD/disability forms. Clients are encouraged to seek an in-person provider for this matter.
