Nice to meet you! I work with adults ages 18 and older who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or weighed down by challenges that are affecting daily life and relationships. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, addiction, and life transitions. I provide care in both English and Spanish, and I welcome people from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, including those who have faced significant social, economic, and health-related challenges.

As a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Adult Nurse Practitioner, I offer evidence-based medication management, supportive therapy, and individualized treatment planning. My goal is not only to help reduce symptoms, but also to help you recognize your strengths, build coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. I also incorporate creative self-expression when it feels helpful, as a way to support resilience and healthier coping.

I know reaching out for help can feel hard, especially if you have been carrying so much on your own. In our first sessions, you can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and supported, without any pressure to have everything figured out right away. We will take time to understand what brings you in, talk about your goals, and begin creating a plan that feels thoughtful and personalized to you.
