Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Magda Evans, LPC. I’ve been working in mental health counseling for over five years and hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I love helping people work through their challenges and find ways to feel better and more balanced.

I work with children, teens, and adults on issues like anxiety, stress, trauma, and life changes. I use approaches like CBT to help you understand your thoughts and feelings, build coping skills, and move forward with confidence. My goal is to create a supportive, safe space where you can feel heard and empowered to make positive changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is all about working together in a supportive and understanding space. I like to keep things collaborative, so we can figure out what’s best for you. I use techniques like CBT to help you understand your thoughts and feelings, and develop practical ways to handle challenges.

I focus on helping you feel empowered, gain clarity, and make positive changes at your own pace. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, past trauma, or just looking to better understand yourself, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore what’s going on and work toward feeling better. Whether you’re dealing with specific challenges or just looking to better understand yourself, I’m here to help you on your journey.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d love to work with you!
