Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Magda. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's degree from Antioch University Los Angeles. I'm a culturally sensitive Latina therapist who is passionate about helping people better understand themselves and the challenges they're facing. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or feeling stuck in life, we'll work together to uncover patterns, build insight, and strengthen your confidence. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel truly seen and understood, and I strive to create a warm, supportive space where that can happen.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when you feel genuinely understood and supported. My approach is collaborative and insight-oriented, helping clients explore the deeper patterns, experiences, and relationships that shape how they feel and interact with the world. I primarily work from a psychodynamic perspective while integrating other approaches based on each person's unique needs. Together, we'll build greater self-awareness, develop new ways of coping, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know you. I'll ask questions about what's bringing you to therapy, your experiences, relationships, and the challenges you're currently facing. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and understood—not judged. Together, we'll begin identifying patterns, exploring what you hope to achieve, and discussing how therapy can help you move toward the changes you're looking for.
