Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I’m really glad you’re here.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor providing virtual therapy for individuals and couples across South Carolina. I work with adults navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, and the emotional shifts that come with seasons like parenthood and personal growth.

My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I want therapy to feel like a steady, safe place where you can be honest, feel understood, and begin moving forward with clarity and confidence.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just need a space to sort things out, you don’t have to do it alone, I’d be honored to support you.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in a warm, collaborative, and client-centered way, creating a space where you feel safe to be open and understood without judgment. My style is supportive yet intentional. I meet you where you are while gently helping you move toward meaningful change.

I use Motivational Interviewing to help you explore what matters most, work through ambivalence, and build confidence in your ability to move forward. I also integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and somatic approaches to support emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and stronger relationships.

I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions, including seasons like parenthood and personal growth. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in yourself and your relationships.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, welcoming space where we begin getting to know each other and what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk through your current concerns, any relevant background, and what you’re hoping to get out of this process at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My goal is to help you feel safe, heard, and understood from the start. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to gain clarity while also giving you space to share what feels most important.

Together, we’ll begin identifying goals for our work and what meaningful change looks like for you. You can also expect a collaborative approach where your voice, values, and readiness guide the direction of therapy moving forward.
