Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience in community behavioral health and trauma-informed care, I bring both professional knowledge and genuine empathy into my sessions. I earned my Master’s degree from Grand Canyon University and have spent years supporting adults, adolescents, and families through times of transition, recovery, and growth.

My work is deeply shaped by witnessing the resilience of the human spirit—how healing becomes possible when we feel seen, supported, and safe to explore what hurts. I understand that therapy is both a brave and vulnerable step, and my intention is to create a space where you can show up as you are and begin reconnecting with your own strength and direction.

My approach to therapy

Through online therapy, I provide a compassionate, values-based space grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and a person-centered approach. Each session is tailored to your unique needs using mindfulness, somatic awareness, and eclectic interventions that support healing of both mind and body.

My goal is to help you move beyond anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and burnout—guiding you toward reconnection with your authentic self, inner balance, and a renewed sense of purpose.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a welcoming space to slow down and begin understanding what brings you here. I’ll invite you to share your story at your own pace—there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, what you hope to change or understand, and what safety and support look like for you.

You can expect a blend of structure and calm presence. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get to know your history, strengths, and goals, while also explaining how our sessions can be tailored to fit your needs. I often integrate grounding or mindfulness techniques to help you feel centered during the process.

By the end of our first meeting, we’ll have a shared sense of direction—a plan for how therapy can help you move toward peace, clarity, and self-connection at a pace that feels right for you.
