Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who takes a collaborative, compassionate approach to therapy. You know yourself best! My role is to help you better understand what you’re experiencing, identify what you want to change, and build tools to help you get there. I integrate CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed approaches to support clients with anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, self-confidence, and emotional regulation.

My approach to therapy

I use a client-centered method, working with you to build a therapeutic relationship and treatment plan that truly fits your needs. My specialty lies in supporting all individuals who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-worth, people-pleasing, co-dependency, loss of sense of self, difficulty with healthy boundaries and communication issues. Each client comes with a unique set of experiences, and I am committed to honoring that individuality in our work together.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and identifying what you hope to gain from our work together. I believe in meeting clients where they are, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. We may laugh, we may cry, and we may simply take time to make sense of what you’re experiencing. Together, we’ll begin exploring how your experiences, relationships, culture, environment, beliefs, and other factors have shaped who you are today. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of where we can begin working toward meaningful and effective change.
