Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated mental health professional with experience providing comprehensive psychiatric care to individuals across the lifespan. My approach combines evidence-based treatment with compassionate, individualized care, recognizing that every person’s mental health needs are unique.

My clinical focus includes psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and treatment planning for a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma-related conditions, and other psychiatric conditions.

I believe in working collaboratively with each client to understand their concerns, goals, and circumstances. My goal is to create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered throughout their treatment journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, individualized, and collaborative. I believe effective mental health treatment begins with listening carefully to each client and understanding their unique experiences, concerns, strengths, and goals.

I take time to develop a personalized treatment plan based on the client’s needs, using evidence-based psychiatric care, medication management when appropriate, and ongoing assessment of treatment progress. I encourage open communication and involve clients in decisions about their care so they feel informed, respected, and empowered.

My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, and other psychiatric conditions. I strive to provide a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients can feel comfortable discussing their challenges and working toward meaningful improvement in their mental health and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, respectful, and judgment-free environment where you have the opportunity to share what brings you to care at your own pace.

We will discuss your current concerns, symptoms, personal and treatment history, goals, and any factors that may be affecting your mental well-being. I will take time to answer your questions and explain treatment options clearly.

Together, we will identify your priorities and develop an individualized treatment plan. Depending on your needs, this may include medication management, therapy recommendations, lifestyle strategies, referrals, or other appropriate interventions.

My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, informed, and confident about the next steps in your care.
