Great to meet you!

My approach combines over 20 years of experience working in healthcare with multiple degrees in nursing and psychology/psychiatry. I have a strong background in addiction medicine, as well as general mental health care.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a goal-oriented approach contingent on client participation; I am not interested in pressuring anyone to accept care they do not agree with, so I avoid it at all costs. My main goal is to empower my clients to affect real, positive, lasting change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

I have two goals in the first visit: get to know the client as much as possible and directly address the major goals of the client. I want to start working right away on why the person is seeking treatment.
