Great to meet you!

Hello there! As a Mental Health Counselor, I've worked in mental health and substance use clinics with clients that experienced varying diagnoses. My most common clients typically experience anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, familial conflict, communication issues, OCD, ADHD, PTSD/trauma, or panic disorders.

My approach to therapy

I do my best to create a safe and comfortable environment for clients to build a strong foundation with me. I find it's crucial to establish that bond so we can dive deeper to the root of the problems and be more efficient in finding solutions.

What you can expect from me

I hope my clients can take away from my sessions solutions, coping skills, and confidence. It takes a lot of work to be in therapy as a client, so my ideal expectation is to provide you with resources to succeed outside of sessions.

NOTE: Session will be considered missed if you are 10 minutes late.
