Great to meet you!

Whether you're navigating anxiety, identity questions, relationships, or the stress of academic demands, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I specialize in working with college students and young adults.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and I tend to work in a more focused, shorter-term way. Rather than trying to eliminate difficult thoughts or emotions, we’ll work on changing your relationship with them so they don’t hold you back.

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll identify what’s most important to you and get right to work building practical skills you can use in your daily life. If you're looking for a therapist who is compassionate and not afraid to bring a little lightness into the process, I’d be honored to support you.
