Great to meet you!

With over 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and adults, I work with clients navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions. You may feel constantly on edge, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself or others, or stuck in patterns that leave you feeling discouraged and uncertain about how to move forward. Therapy can provide a space to slow down, feel supported, and better understand the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel safe enough to show up authentically without fear of judgment. Together, we will explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and physical responses to stress while building practical tools for emotional regulation, self-awareness, and lasting change. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems, and somatic practices to support both emotional healing and the mind-body connection. For clients who wish to incorporate their faith into the counseling process, I also offer Christian counseling and faith-based support.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for you to feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported throughout the counseling process. In our first sessions, we will discuss the goals you have for therapy, identify the strengths you already possess, and work through the barriers that may be preventing you from experiencing greater peace, confidence, and fulfillment. You do not have to carry everything alone.
