Great to meet you!

Are you feeling unseen in therapy? Like your therapist barely remembers your story or seems rushed during sessions?

You deserve more than that.

My practice is built on quality over quantity. I keep a limited caseload so I can give you my full attention, come prepared, and stay genuinely invested in your growth.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth therapy to adults across Florida. I earned my Master of Social Work (Clinical) from Florida State University, one of the top ranked MSW programs in Florida, and have experience helping individuals navigate emotional and relationship challenges.

I focus on working with adults who grew up in difficult or emotionally invalidating family environments. Many of my clients struggle with guilt, self-blame, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or difficulty trusting themselves and others.

If you have ever felt rushed or unseen in therapy, you are not alone. I keep a limited caseload so I can give you focused attention and truly understand your story.

My approach is strengths-based and collaborative. I see mental health struggles as shaped by life experiences and relationships, not as personal flaws.

Therapy is a gradual process of insight, practical tools, and meaningful change.

I integrate CBT strategies, REBT principles, attachment and family systems perspectives, along with psychodynamic and narrative approaches. Treatment is tailored to your goals and pace.

My goal is to provide a thoughtful, supportive space where you can understand your patterns, build self-trust, and move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.

I offer brief consultations to ensure we are a good fit and will provide referrals if needed.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is strengths-based, empowering, and collaborative. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives, and my role is to walk alongside you as you build insight, remove roadblocks, and recognize patterns or blind spots that may be limiting your growth.

I draw from a range of evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, including attachment-based work, inner child exploration, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all model of therapy. Instead, I remain flexible and responsive, tailoring each session to your needs, goals, and pace.

Throughout our work together, I focus on helping you reconnect with your strengths, develop emotional awareness, and create meaningful change rooted in self-compassion and autonomy.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a space for us to get to know each other and begin building a sense of safety and understanding. We will spend time reviewing your background, what brings you to therapy, and the areas in your life where you would like support. My goal is to understand your experiences, strengths, and current challenges, not to rush into solutions.

Together, we will begin identifying what you hope to gain from therapy and discuss how I can best support you. I aim to create a calm, respectful, and collaborative environment where you feel heard, empowered, and in control of the pace. The first session is about clarity, connection, and determining whether we are a good therapeutic fit.
