Great to meet you!

I am a latinX, cisgender, female identified woman. As a person with a vision impairment, I can relate to the various aspects of intersecting identities.I believe that my deep curiosity for understanding my own struggles led me to explore a degree in Psychology and eventually to where I am today. I strive to continue to grow but also feel confident that my experience both personal and professional can offer you the skills, insight, and growth to help you move forward.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am certified and have experience using various "evidence based" treatment models but ultimately believe each individual is different and will always prioritize and individualize treatment to what makes sense for you.

What you can expect from our first session

I strive to create a safe and open space for you to feel comfortable in "doing the work" it takes to see the changes you strive for. I believe in empowering others and providing concrete tools and exploring insight and strengths to move forward
