Great to meet you!

My passion lies in instilling hope that recovery and wellness is possible – and worth it! I specialize in eating disorders, mood & anxiety disorders, grief, and the unexpected twists & turns of life. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you as you navigate this journey.

My approach to therapy

Life is full of unexpected twists and turns that can throw us off course. That’s why it is important to carve out the time to talk through what’s going on and to thoughtfully plan next steps. My role is to offer a supportive environment for self-exploration using a trauma-informed approach. Together, we will push the pause button, regroup, and identify next steps.

What you can expect from me

During our first session we will spend time getting to know each other and identify what it is you want from counseling. We will create a wellness plan that will serve as a guide and will evolve to address your changing needs and goals. Our sessions will include goal setting, exploring values, processing emotions, and challenging thoughts & behaviors.
