Great to meet you!

Hi there! My name is Maggie and I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I have been working as a counselor for over 5 years and have previous experience in group care and inpatient psychiatric services. My top specialties are anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. However, I am working on a certification in trauma therapy as well as on a training in postpartum. My style is collaborative so we will regularly check-in on goals to ensure you are receiving the best care for you.

My approach to therapy

I utilize techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and narrative therapy. Some interventions I often work on with clients are challenging negative thoughts, behavioral activation, and mindfulness. My approach is tailored to the client to help them heal and progress in the way they feel comfortable.

What you can expect from me

My goal when working with clients is to meet them where they are at and act as a support and resource in their mental health journey. Please reach out via call, text, or email if you feel we would be a good fit!
