Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who helps women move from stress, self-doubt, and perfectionism into a calmer, more connected relationship with themselves. My approach is grounded in attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and mind-body work, and I’m trained in EMDR. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit to every session so you feel supported, understood, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I work from a relational, compassionate, and anti-oppressive lens, blending talk therapy with somatic and nervous-system-focused tools. I believe you already have wisdom within you—I’m here to help you access it with clarity, compassion, and gentle challenge when needed. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and create sustainable change that feels aligned with your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a “soft intake,” meaning we’ll ease in together instead of rushing through forms or checklists. You can expect a calm, spacious environment where you can share what’s been weighing on you at your own pace. My goal is for you to leave feeling seen, grounded, and clear about what you’d like support with moving forward.
