Great to meet you!

I am a Doctorate prepared board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing thoughtful, collaborative, and evidence-based mental health care for adults. My approach is warm, grounded, and nonjudgmental, with an emphasis on understanding the whole person rather than simply treating symptoms.

I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, sleep difficulties, trauma-related symptoms, burnout, and challenges with focus, motivation, or emotional regulation. I also have advanced training in treatment-resistant depression, integrative psychiatry, and women's mental health including pregnancy and postpartum.

When appropriate, I incorporate medication management, lifestyle interventions, lab evaluation, and integrative approaches into personalized treatment plans. My goal is to help clients feel heard, informed, and empowered while building a path toward lasting mental wellness.

My approach to therapy

I view mental health care as a partnership. You can expect me to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and take the time to understand your unique experiences and goals. I believe the best outcomes happen when treatment decisions are made collaboratively, and I prioritize helping clients understand their options rather than simply telling them what to do.

My style is supportive, direct, and practical. While medication can be an important tool, I also explore factors such as sleep, stress, nutrition, hormones, relationships, and overall health that may be contributing to symptoms. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and actively involved in your care.

What you can expect from me

Our first appointment focuses on developing a thorough understanding of your concerns, mental health history, medical history, lifestyle, and treatment goals. Together, we identify the factors that may be contributing to your symptoms and discuss treatment options that align with your preferences and needs.

Follow-up visits are focused on monitoring progress, refining your treatment plan, and addressing challenges as they arise. Depending on your situation, treatment may include medication management, lifestyle recommendations, lab evaluation, integrative testing, brief therapeutic interventions, and ongoing support. My approach is individualized, and treatment plans are adjusted as your needs and goals evolve.
