My approach to therapy

I apply a trauma-informed and person-centered approach to my work with clients. I believe that everyone has the capacity to face their personal challenges through self-compassion and acceptance, as well as the development of habits of mind and behaviors that will lead to positive changes in their lives. I specialize in working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, and life changes related to school, work and family.

What you can expect from me

I hope to help each client I work with identify their personal goals in therapy, and help them make tangible progress towards those goals. I am engaging, responsive, verbal, and interactive, and strive to create a safe space where clients can be vulnerable and authentic. Clients I work with feel empowered to steer their personal journey towards growth and flourishing.
