Great to meet you!

I have experience supporting clients in individual, couple, and group therapy over the past 5 years. I specialize in substance use addictions, complex trauma, and parental mental health concerns. I believe I can learn just as much from my clients as they hopefully learn from me. I seek to be as collaborative and open as I can!

My approach to therapy

I believe clients who are willing to show up honestly, even when it feels uncomfortable, will get the most out of their therapy experience. I seek to help clients be open to vulnerability, curious about themselves, and motivated to make meaningful change, not just talk about it. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about being willing to ask the hard questions, sit with the messy parts, and actively engage in the process. I offer a supportive, grounded space to explore, grow, and move forward in ways that feel authentic to you!

What you can expect from me

During a first session, I like to talk about expectations for therapy, goals the client would like to work towards, and getting to know each other! It may seem awkward to open up to a stranger at first, but my main priority is helping my clients feel as comfortable as they can be.
