Great to meet you!

With over five years of experience in the nonprofit sector, I developed a strong commitment to supporting people through life’s most challenging moments. That path led me to earn my Master’s in Social Work and dedicate my work to the field of psychotherapy. It’s an honor to walk alongside those doing the courageous work of self-discovery and transformation.

My approach to therapy

I’m especially passionate about working with individuals who have experienced trauma, using a trauma-informed, compassionate, and relational approach. My work is rooted in empathy, cultural humility, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story. I aim to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and more connected to themselves. Together, we’ll work on building insight, identifying patterns, and developing practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. I aim to create a space where you feel safe to explore, ask questions, and grow at your own pace. Over time, many clients experience greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of clarity and direction.
